"I have had StateFarm for over 30 years. I was hurt when my original agent Jim retired and Jennifer Herren became my new agent. For me it was a rocky start leaving an office where I was known to the unknown. After a few years I got comfortable and when my 16 year old daughter started driving the relationship deepened. With the many accidents and repairs I was told by outsiders to look for other insurance cause mine would go up and eventually they would drop me. It went up I dealt with it but I never had to worry about anything. When I call the office I’m always greeted like family. Kelsie Estrada has helped me in many things from adding vehicles, to taking on my homeowners insurance and saving me hundreds. 30+ years and counting and praying I never have to give up StateFarm.
