"I've been a loyal state farm customer for the last 24 years, ever since I got my driver's license. This office is the reason I'm shopping insurance. The skyrocketing rates are one thing, but the total lack of customer service is the final straw. Every time I call, no one answers. I just got my monthly bill, it was $230 higher than last month. I call for an explanation at 4:15PM, when Google says the office closes at 4:30, phones are shut down for the weekend.

Even during the middle of the day, no one will answer the phone. I leave a message and get a text back usually 30-90 minutes later. Last time I added a vehicle it took a day and a half of texting to get it done. They will send a message, you instantly respond and the message back an hour later. Not sure what the point of having a local agent is if they aren't available to take a phone call.

This goes for the Burleson office as well, as I have tried calling both with no success on numerous occasions."

Kelsie Estrada has helped me in many things from adding vehicles, to taking on my homeowners insurance and saving me hundreds. 30+ years and counting and praying I never have to give up StateFarm.
